I just recieved an email letting me know that my game has been refunded and I didn't ask for one. I'm in South Korea where it took a while for the game to be available and I wanted to be able to play my game today. What is going on?

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
