My Sims Game is not on my Origin Account [ Edited ]

1. My sims game is on my desktop and I am able to access it on the desktop app plus on my online origin. But the issue here is that it is not in my Game Library on my desktop app. 
2. Please help.

Make super sure you are logging in to Origin with the correct account.
