I had the Sims 4 and have had it for a bit. I also bought a few expansion packs that took me a while to earn. One day, out of the blue, I try opening sims and, it doesn’t open. So I go to origin and all traces of my Sims 4 game just completely disappeared. I am so pissed. I called orgin and the lady on the line just tried to give me a new code and when it didn’t work, asked to speak with my mother who was at work. I am so disappointed with origin and sims 4. I lost all of my progress and my expansion packs. Maybe orgin should step up and do something instead of trying to just give me a small portion of what I had.😠
