My Origin doesn't show the Hours Played and Last Played

I remember when I go to offline mode, this thing happen, but I'm in online status, but still didn't show my tracked playhours. Try playing for 1 hours of NFS Payback to test this problem but still nothing happened. Just noticed this problem today (after buying and playing NFS Payback for about 4 hours + 1 hours for test this problem), is this a bug? Or latest origin doesn't support hours tracking anymore? Any Idea how to fix this? Thanks before!

And my origin doesn't show my achievement point too (origin point), until I click my profile

Thing I've done:

1. Soft uninstall origin (from control panel) then redownload

2. Hard uninstall (delete origin cache, etc. from registry too) then redownload

3. Update windows (now I'm using latest version 1809)

Same thing for me, it seems it happened after an update to the origin client a couple days ago.

There seems to be no solution to this problem at the moment
