My Origin Games

So I have Battlefield 4 & 1 with all their DLC's on my PS4 and was curious how I could transfer them to my Origin account so I can play them on PC

Sorry to say @ThePunisherOfAwe but it is not possible to transfer games across platforms. 

If you want to play your Battlefield games on both PS4 and PC then you would need to purchase them on both.
