My Origin App always shows"connection unavailable"

I downloaded without any problem The Sims 4 with expansion pack but since a few days I have an error message without login that says "connection unavailable" 

I'm on Mac OS Catalina latest version(is the problem?). I can login but the window is white and I can't play any games...

Can someone helps me?

@Plubo234  Origin runs just fine in Catalina, at least most of the time.  Please run the Origin reset tool for macOS:

If that doesn't help, make sure you don't have any proxies enabled:
