I've sent an EA case last April 3 regarding my account that is hacked by Chinese and played with cheats, thus banned. I've noticed that the status changed from "new" to "In Progress" in April 5 but I have no email received. I can't also check the case I've sent as it only prompt me to create a new one.. This morning, it updated again timestamp again but I really don't have any email received. My case no. is #79582784
