Move game to another account

Hello,

is it possible to delete game from my account and sign it to another? I have chosen wrong account and I want to play it on another.

Hi @dawedylen

 

If you have more than one EA Account, you might want to transfer games or personas from one to the other to combine your accounts. But when you move games and connected accounts, you risk losing game data or breaking your account.More details here https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/linking-accounts-and-persona-transfers/

 

If you agree to the above conditions ,you need to use the Talk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.


Select Origin from the list.


Select a topic for the best results.


Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.


Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.


Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor.

 

-For Live Chat try to use Internet Explorer and you need to change your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen.

 

- In most countries are available between 09:00-21:00 Monday-Saturday.
