Mouse Arrow Bugged Bf4

for some reason My mouse arrow wont display on any of the menus. I have to use the arrows in order to move around the menu. But once i get in game i cant choose my spawn location or edit classes. Big issue. have idea how to fix it.

@Frost5s Turned off origin in game,geforce experience and/or any other kind of overlay.

@EA_Darko yes it was resolved. Origin has been having many bugs lately not sure why it keeps doing stuff like that. i figured it would be Origin in game, but it wouldnt let me turn it off because it kept saying i was using restricted access mode. which i wasnt using. i did get to work finally. had to restart it and re login a few times for it to work. hopefully this doesnt happen again.
