Mods disappear in Sims4

I have a problem when I down load mods from others website, I had loaded file to Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims4/Mods but when I open the game via WePlay THaiHub I cannot see the objects in games.

Can somebody help me ?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @missfonn.

Can you ensure that you have mods enabled in-game.

You need to open the game options and then in the Other tab ensure that you have checked Enable Custom Content and Mods.
