A few days ago I opened a Apex pack and in that pack I had my shards. I was super excited but then I went to heirloom store and my shards was lost. I wrote ea help, they said we shards unable to add. I said OK but you can add heirloom directly. They said also that's unable to add. Now they said please write forums. I wrote this one. Please someone help me. 2020 is already terrible. I don't want to lost my hairloom chance. Just do smt.

I experienced this too. I talked to @EAHelp few days ago but they said they cant do anything even though i have photos for proof. It's so unfair.

i also have the same problem ive been writing everyday to them and nothing has changed hopefully i get my shards
