Missing Product code

Hi, so I bought Jedi Falen order on steam. When I press play it opens up origin and ask for a "Product Code". A code that I can't find anywhere. Has anybody else had this problem? If so how did you solve it?

Hi @simonlofroth,

You shouldn't be prompted for a code if your Steam account is correctly linked with your EA account- have you made sure to link your accounts together? Please see the article here for more details on linking the accounts together.

Well, I have linked the accounts but it still does not work, but I've contacted EA Help so we'll see how it goes
