Madden ea account change email

I don’t know the password to the email hooked up to my ea account, it’s a yahoo.com email, as far as I know that’s the same email as yahoo.ca, I haven’t used my account in over 5 years and want my access back so I can play madden online

Could you please get them to contact me, I’m frustrated with the help process [edit: email address removed], the email associated with the account is [edit: email address removed] and it won’t send me and email to change the password, please help.

They aren't going to help. I've had this same problem and they just put me with a script reader from India that says they will fix the problem. Then they close the ticket and nothing gets done. So I basically can't play any EA games online unless I make a new PSN login. They've literally forced me to not buy their products, I can't think of a  worse customer service experience, these guys make Comcast look like Chick-Fil-A.

I told you they weren't gonna do anything but give you the cut and paste robot response and never respond again. Worst customer service ever, worst IT department ever. I can log into EA with my PSN but can't change my email or password, what a joke.
