Madden Points not showing up

I bought some points on the PlayStation store and they are not showing up in my balance on madden. I would like to get my points as soon as possible due to the time restriction on playing madden with EA Access right now. It has been almost 12 hours since I ordered the points(3 separate purchases) and still none have showed up yet

I had the same issue today bro I tried to purchase some points and it didn't come through. I talked to an WA representative and they said give it 24 hours and if it's still not there message them again and they'll fix it. Im hoping it'll get sorted out soon though
