We grabbed the file and passed it on to the Origin team for investigation.

I've installed and tried to run it but unfortunately I don't get prompted to insert my password. It says "allow permission" but just pops back up again.
Tried reinstalling, rebooting etc. and not even the tool seems to be working /:
I'm running on MacOS Mojave 10.14 from my macbook air.

Following up on what I said before: I managed to get it working, just needed to restart my computer haha. Here are the files attached.

I've been having this problem since the end of February and literally nothing has helped - I've done everything in this thread, everything in the other 56 page thread, and contacted support dozens of times and absolutely nothing has worked!!!
I updated my OS as much as my computer will allow me to, I'm now on 10.13.6 and experiencing the same problem 9 months later
