Hi!
Im using a Mac which is currently running OS Mojave 10.14. I have uninstalled and reinstalled origin multiple times, booted in safe mode, flushed DNS, you name it.
I still can't access origin through the app or online due to not being able to connect to the server.
Please help!
Thanks

@megbold123 Try running the Origin reset tool for Macs:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
If that doesn't work, here are some other ways to troubleshoot your connection. You've tried a couple of them, but maybe one of the other steps will help. I'd start with making sure you don't have proxies enabled.
If none of the above helps, please provide your Mac's specs, as described in this post:

Hi there everyone!
I'm a little frustrated right now, because Origin will not connect to the server when I attempt to launch it.
I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps in the master post that everyone references, I have restarted Origin multiple times, uninstalled it and reinstalled it, created a new user, everything. I haven't seen anything about the Origin servers being down. And I am connected to the Internet; I have switched between both of the wifi networks I have and have even tried using my phone as a hotspot.
The internet is working; when I go to origin.com, everything works fine and I am able to log in and I even purchased a new Sims 4 game pack. However, when I went to my Origin app to install the new pack, Origin still wasn't working.
I can still play the Sims (I have it saved onto my desktop and I just play in offline mode) but Origin will not open so I can't download the game pack I paid for.
Any help is appreciated.
