@Anches100 I updated my game I believe in July, but I had to find the restart tool by myself! but there is a patch for the sims that came out today, I hope that fixes some bugs w/in the game, but I hope that they fix Origin soon b/c there's so many people going to steam instead.

 I was having the same problem, but i figured it out. I believe that some macs don't have the system update in order to support the update of origin; so to solve the issue I just downloaded an old version of origin. I downloaded all my games. The only difference is that you'll have to go to origin online to get any new content, and then refresh your game library in order to download it.

Unfortunately I don't get the new patch either because the origin problem. I very much hope that.

@peeledleelee I almost believe that too.

Can you tell me, where can I find the old version? Is that the origin legacy?

I haven't been able to use origin properly since january It says that there was an error loading the page and it has my perpently offline and my profile is invisible....please help i love going online with my sims but its just not the same now with my origin not working at all. Does this mean i need to make a new account and loose everything i've built on my current game ?
