Actually how ddi you contact EA I tried to look at the EA support website and I couldn't find it anywhere.

@dreaming22 welp i guess im joining this thread... haven't played the sims in months-- dropped it bc nothing interesting was coming out but when i found out university finally released i jumped to buy it tonight and even got a head start in redownloading mods. of course my game is stuck on 98% for hours and ive literally tried every solution to resume it only to find out a bunch of other people have the same problem and origin/EA are being useless. 🙃🙃🙃

@skoopid IDK what happened but my sims 4 game just randomly downloaded successfully out of nowhere... i guess they fixed it!

@Sewati001 The only reason why I’m probably remaining relatively calm about this is because I’ve got Skyrim instead, but dang it, I want Sims 4 to work too.
