Origin and command and conquer worked great for a week. Now getting this error MSVCR120.dll is missing. Worked through the online fixes and no help. When I go to uninstall c++ from the updates as suggested it says that installations are active and unable to uninstall. Even tried to reinstall windows c++ but said was outdated version. Windows 10, moderate computer knowlege

If the solution provided within the thread linked by LeahShepard (thanks!) does not work, you should try reinstalling this file from Microsoft:
You had said that you tried that already, but I am assuming that you might have tried a different edition.
Either way, let us know how you get on afterwards.

Check your Antivirus software, and see if it Quarentined any files from your Origin folders. If so, try restoring the files.
