Legacy version for the Origin Client will fix the issue.

I've tried but my mac is older than the version I need in order to get it. Its been saying its unavailable, today (currently) I went out and bought the city Living pack and the Vampires pack, but my origin account won't load on the origin app, I've been on the internet origin and its working fine, but when i click on the sims on the internet it asks if it wants to take me onto origin, Ive managed to get back onto the origin app, but i can't go on any of my games (sims ect.) It just says that I need my product code, but i bought it online on origin. I followed the steps of how to get my product code and it nothing even showed up that seemed slightly relevant to a product code. So basically my games show up on the internet, but on the app they don't??? :I

hello all! I’ve been trying for a week now and have managed to get it to work by installing/updating MacOS Mojave. Don’t know if this will help anyone but over the moon it’s worked for me!

Hello! I'm having this issue now. Never had a problem before, but the logic board on my laptop was just replaced and i've had to download Origin again. Now my game library is coming up empty and I'm very concerned I've lost all my games!

I tried anything said in this thread; except upgrading my OS - the game should run fine without the upgrade - I don't want to risk messing it all up.
