Origin servers temporarily unavailable

I tried to do this update but I guess my computer is to old because it said this computer could not function with it...

when I  try to  play the sims  and go on the  loading screen and it  says new  game  load  game it  says offline and  black where it is  suppose to say the  backround thing is  blanck   it says trial it wont  let  me  load the  word  or  creat a  new  one wont  let  me  open the gallyuery  or do settings plese  help .

mabey its cus  I don't have sesosors  or  ne w update or something  or mabey mods  are  broken /cc

I´m having a similar problem in BF1, where in game I´m offline... and cant get online while I have a working internet connection..

Disable all your mods and try again. If that doesn't work then try repairing your sims 4 (right click in origin and click 'repair game') failing that, uninstall and reinstall the game, but make sure you move your save files to a folder on your desktop so you don't lose them
