Lotr: Conquest - Need original receipt to renew serial key?

Hi there,

During these lockdown times I figured I'll try some old PC games that have been lying around in my basement.

So I installed Lord of the Rings: Conquest (don't hate, it was awesome), but apparently I installed it too often during the years... the serial number is valid but has been used too often.

I contacted the support and they asked me to provide pictures of:

-CD: I have it

-Box: I have it

-Handbook with key on it: I have it

-Original receipt from 11 years ago and a handwritten note of the current date that states how much I paid for the product: Wtf, are you serious?

So, is there any workaround here or is the game dead? You can't seriously ask that people keep their receipts for 11 years, I bought the game and I own it.
