I downloaded the sims 3 and every time I go to play it says it has a connection problem

@kylienewman1 Sorry to see that you are having issues with your game, can you take a couple of minutes to go through the steps in the connection troubleshooting which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It is also worth disabling your anti-virus and launching the game after to see if it works, if it does you then need to add both Origin and the game to your list of exceptions.
