hey @EA_Darko i am waiting for such a long time... What do they want to quit fifa for once and all? Whenever i am sending them a new case they are declaing it because i have already an open one . But they keep ignoring for almost 1-2 weeks ... What else can i do? The live chat option is never opened so there is not a way to contact them ...Please give me your lights so i can enjoy my life again...

Hey @Windowsjob if your case is being investigated then you will need to give the team time to respond.


The best thing to do is to keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.
