Losing connection of FUT champs 21

I have been kicked out of 5 games in FUT champs, i was chasing Gold 1 and i was winning 3 of the 5 games, losing 1 and drawing the other and your server is kicking evryone out, it is a discrace, what the hell are you going to do about it because i dont believe that a giving people a 1 player pack or a * gold pack will justify the time and effort gone in by innocent gamers who buy your broken game evry single year when it has more bugs than the previous title just with a diffrent front cover, i want compensation in form of coins for the shambles that you have cost me getting higher rewards or give me my remaining games back

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @25209691. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
