Loot box rewards not showing up.

I am not getting cards or any kind of rewards from Battlefront 2 loot boxes. I got the game for free from the Epic games store. I opened 1 loot box when first started playing and rewards showed up on my screen, but now nothing Is showing up after opening, only the option to go back.
