When I try to log into the origin website it’s says log in unavailable

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @BenHaardo.

When this issue occurs you can fix it if you take a couple of minutes to go through the following steps:

• Close Origin completely by right clicking the Origin system tray icon and selecting Exit.
• Make sure Time/Date is correctly set on the PC
• Make sure Origin is authorized by your anti-virus and firewall
• Reset Internet Explorer Settings
• Untick the options in LAN Settings ( make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server )
• Clear Origin Cache Data
• Reset the Windows Host File
• Reboot your computer. Now right-click Origin and select Run as administrator
• If still unresolved, please do a clean boot

@EA_Darko This is too complicated. I PAID FOR SIMS4. Could log in once to play. Now it doesnt give me access to log in. This is *.

Are you willing to give me my money back?
I paid but cant use the program in return and I am not into SETTINGS stuff/hostfiles/Cache Date jada jada jada!

Hey @AnitaEDobi we will need to know a little info as to what is happening. What is doing you from logging in, do you see an error message of any kind?

When I want to log in from Google Chrome I get a message saying it is not possible to log in at the moment but when I try Internet Explorere it works. I am a Google Chrome user though and would like it to work using Google Chrome as well.

Hey @AnitaEDobi I would recommend disabling any extensions that you have running in your browser as this looks to be a browser related issue.

It's also worth trying in a private window to see if you see the same issue.
