I have recently got my son a Switch with battle for neighborville.
My Sons switch account (aged 12) has the online membership for it and this works fine. When I try and link his switch account to his EA account I get the error of "something has gone wrong, please try again later"
Looking online this can be down to his age on his switch account which is aged 12, For testing purpose a create another Switch account over the age of 18 and had no issues linking the accounts but due to this account not having the online membership the online side of things does not work in the game.
So, my question is how do I link my sons switch account (aged 12) to his EA account??
I cannot move the online membership to the other switch account as its locked to the account its activated under.
I have allowed all access on the switch account to send the data required to EA but this has made no difference.
