I have the same issue. No Download buttons and Play buttons are greyed out. EA Support tells me to clear my Origin cache. I try it and tell them that doesn't work.
So then they tell me to make a forum post here in order to get the issue resolved.
I make a forum post and EA Support responds telling me to clear my Origin cache....which I had already said doesn't fix the problem in my original post.
The incompetence here in unreal. You would think EA Support agents would at least read the posts from people before responding with a solution, but nah they can't be bothered to actually read.

The question let me 2 weeks can't play or download all games
