Issues with my account

I forgot the email that was used so long ago on my account (on PlayStation) and can't seem to play any online game like Apex Legends or Knockout City on the current PS5 I own so am I just out of luck or is there a way to switch my old email to my current email? I have tried the chat option on Contact EA but that did not help my case, help would be appreciated!

You'll need to go through the account recovery process. To do that, contact an advisor by opening a case here. I understand you already had a chat with one. If they took you through this process already, you can try again.
