Is EA live chat still a thing???

I've been trying to contact EA with live chat but there is no option.

It's there but I just waited for hours for someone to enter my live chat request with no luck. The estimated time was 5 minutes.

I live in Kansas I don't have a option for Live chat

I'm in the US too. I can get too it at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ but it's useless because the rep never connects to the chat.

I can get to live chat at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/. But it's not worth your time because the reps don't ever connect to the chats.
