Hi all,

If you are experiencing the issue where images aren't loading in Origin, could you please follow these steps to capture a HAR Log so we can investigate further:

1. Open Google Chrome and go to the desired page
2. Right-click anywhere on the webpage (preferably not on a button or tile that will navigate to a new page)
3. Click "Inspect"
4. Select the Network tab
5. There should be a red circle directly under the Search symbol, which means the Network log is being recorded
• If this circle is black, click on it to start recording the Network log (it will then turn red)
6. Proceed with your task
7. When finished, right-click anywhere under the Network tab
8. Click "Save as HAR with content" and save the HAR log in a location on your PC
• Ensure that the file type ends in ".har"
9. Contact us via EA Help [click here],
10. Attach your HAR file to your case
11. Post your case number in this forum thread

Another step that is useful for us to investigate:

1. Press Windows Key + R and type "cmd", or type "cmd" directly into your windows search bar
2. Type ping www.origin.com, and press enter
3. Take a screenshot and upload it to this thread

There is no errorcode. Just a blank window with a column of black dots to the left.
In the picture I enclose is the closest window the origin client and the back window the origin.com website. So the same.
As Ive said (and a lot of others) if you use a vpn-client and connect to another country than your own, and then change your country and language in the origin client. Or just use a vpn client to another country than your own. Ive changed back and forth so many times so Im not sure anymore which one did the trick.
But it seems as there is some screw-up in something with dns-servers or alike.

i started origin just empty page with dots in left corner, then i uninstall origin and go to origin webpage and notice it does the same so i cant download origin again

But now, and it works, Im not using a vpn nor changed the language and country in the origin country. It just started to work, but I did a lot of vpn-not vpn-changing language and so on so I dont know anymore. But now it works. So you guys, hang in there, and you could try with some free vpn-software just to see if you can get it up and running.
I use privateVPN, they have a free 7 day trial, but any vpn that terminates in other countries should work.

Try with a vpn and terminate/connect to another country than your own, then you can probably reach origin again, download and install. Worked for a lot of guys here.
