İnternet Problem I need Help Please

Hi everyone ı have problem ı have 100mbps download and I can use the internet efficiently on steam but ı cant use on origin  - ı was download on steam 13mb per second ok no problem. but 

ı was download on origin max 4mb per a second someone can help me ?

Hey @AKA_ExxeL if you are seeing slower than expected download speeds the can you try the following steps please:

• Disable all background programs on your system (including Steam). You can also do this with a clean boot
• Temporarily disconnect all other devices that you don't need from your network
• Use a wired connection
• Make sure Origin is accepted in your anti-virus and firewall
