Install Helper on loop on Mac... And my games are gone.

So I've been trying to open Origin for the first time in a while, and it said it needed to download and Install Helper. I press okay and then it asks for my Mac username and password. I put it all in and press the blue button. It goes back to the first saying and Install Helper on loop.

I've tried redownloading and everything.

So, I figured, maybe it's the computer? SO, I tried it on another Mac. YAY IT DOWNLOADED AND EVERYTHING. But.... Where are my games???? I had one, the Sims 4, and I have extra packs and stuff on it. 

SO my problem is, it won't open on my main, and on my second Mac it says I have no games. Do I seriously have to buy it all over again? Can I atleast get some kind of, like, fReE game of the Sims 4 since I ALREADY BOUGHT IT. This  has been a problem for months.
