If I have bought the PC version of Sims 4 can I load it onto a Tablet?

My daughter has been given a gift voucher and would like to buy Sims 4. If she buys the Sims 4 PC version can we install it on her tablet? We have no CD drive so wondering if there is a code inside the CD case to use.

 Sorry to say @RowenaNaomi  but it would not be possible to install The Sims 4 onto a tablet unless it is the Microsoft Surface or another tablet hybrid that is running a Windows OS.

In order to run The Sims 4 you need to install Origin and for that to work you need a Windows OS such as Windows 10 or Windows 8.
