If I already have the sims on console do I have to pay for it again?

I have the sims on my Playstation but I want to play it on PC do I need to pay for it again? I don't really care for my saved games.

@Akayaarmane Yes, you'll need to pay for a PC copy of the game. Owned content doesn't transfer between console and PC/Mac. Your saves wouldn't transfer either.
