I was banned by no reason

Hello, 3 days ago my origin account was banned by no reason, now the team of terms of service don't want unblock my account, I spend 60 euros in the fifa 19 and now I need to buy 1 more? That's a joke.. My origin mail is [edit: email address removed] so If any can help me Im very grateful, I don't do anything bad and I think this Is an error.
