I somehow have 2 EA accounts under 1 email address? [ Edited ]

Somehow my  EA account for the PSN and Origin accounts have different usernames and info in them but both use the same login information. only difference is what method i use to log on. (clicking the PSN login option on the ea.com login page changes the account) This prevents me from linking my Twitch account to my PSN account and receiving the claimed bonus content.
