Origin is saying that I don't own it and I'm not purchasing the Arrival DLC again when I've already bought it, the dlc has been completely deactivated in game as well. I'm making this post because I have tried contacting EA multiple times and the one time the live chat went through the AI kept misinterpreting what my problem was. Bring back emails, the live chat is extremely useless.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
