I own the Arrival DLC but now Origin want's me to buy it again

Origin is saying that I don't own it and I'm not purchasing the Arrival DLC again when I've already bought it, the dlc has been completely deactivated in game as well. I'm making this post because I have tried contacting EA multiple times and the one time the live chat went through the AI kept misinterpreting what my problem was. Bring back emails, the live chat is extremely useless.

Hey @lazerjr for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Everytime I have tried to contact them I have been left waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to take my request
