@bleslie_nicole It sounds like maybe you never registered the code for Into the Future, or else added it to a different account. (It happens.) But the first thing to do is to find the code. Even if you uninstalled TS3 from your old computer, you may still be able to recover the code from the registry. Here's how:

If this doesn't work, or you don't still have your old computer, then your only hope is contacting EA customer support. If you can provide proof of purchase—a receipt, an email confirmation, a record from your credit card company—that may be enough to satisfy the support rep, who can then track down your code. If it's on a different account tied to a different email address, you may be able to merge that account with your current one. But without the code, you're really dependent on what support is willing to do to help.
