Hello everybody.
I have a issue hope you will help me to get the best solution for my problem.
Streamlabs OBS doesn't get game sound if game window not focused or if the game is in background.
Why i need from Streamlabs OBS getting game sound Even the game was in the background.
I'm using multiple monitors(3 monitors) Middle one is for the game, left monitor is for Streamlabs OBS program right monitor is for something else.
when i click in other monitors I directly lose game sound because the game goes to background.
problem is with:
All Origin Games.
All Steam Games
and more other platforms.
have no problem with these platforms.
Tencent Gaming Buddy
At end
Thanks for everybody.

Hey @GeralldFord-NAVY as your issue is with a non-EA product then the level of support we can off is limited.
Can you open your settings an under Audio can you ensure that Desktop Device 1 is set to your default Windows device.
If that does not make a difference then I would suggest checking out the support site for Streamlabs OBS to see what steps are recommended.

The problem from what I see is that the sound system is activating on the screen you click (happens on HDMI connection).
To understand what am I talking about here's an example: I use my laptop and all goes nice and well until I connect secondary display. By activating the second display connected via HDMI all the sounds are playing on second monitor. All you have to do is to use windows sound manager to direct all the sounds on one specific place instead of automatic switch.
I'm quite sure you will find a lot of tutorials about how to do that for whatever operating system you have.
Cheers

How you fixed it , got the same issue

It is most likely an audio configuration issue @exidez.
To start with you should check your settings and ensure that the default playback device is set correctly.
