I have the sims 4 added to my library but I can’t play because I can’t login

I was able to add the sims 4 to my game library but due to the fact that every time I try to login through my desktop Mac I get a message saying that sign in is unavailable, I can’t play

please help

@Pugluvhug23  Try running the Origin reset tool for Macs:

If that doesn't help, please try the troubleshooting steps in this post.  Start by disabling proxy settings.
