I downloaded the pre order code to the wrong account and I can't use the code any be more. Can I get a new code or re use the one I have to work on correct account?

To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
