I don't receive "password reset" email from origin

i cannot login my origin account, and i tried to use password reset, it has been 5 hours

i didn't get any email from EA or origin.

I double checked my spam folder, nothing.

In this situation could you please reach out to our live support at EA Help. I'm afraid there's not much that we can do on our forum, but since you're unable to access your account because of the missing password reset email, asking our game advisers for assistance would be the best idea.

thanks for the reply . But i had some issues on live chat, it seems i cannot never initiate the live chat window...
i create many issues but never recieved respond from EA.
this is a issue #846837720.
