Ive bought sims 4 since June 2018 and now that i have new laptop i cant re install my sims 4 game. I am able to download origin but when i try to install sims4 an error screen appears. The number of the error is Error: 327684:1
I'll attach the two messages that appear
Ive tried everything that i could find and it didnt work . And yeah of course ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling origin multiple as well as many other common technics ive seen around
extra information: i have windows 10 , a core i3 (i dont know if any of that helps in any way)

@foxaky Thanks for the screenshots; they make things much easier. The first error is due to a missing or corrupted Microsoft 2010 Visual C++ redistributable package. It comes in both x86 and x64 versions. Go to Settings > Apps and uninstall both, if you have them (only the 2010 versions though). Then download new ones from Microsoft:

If you get another VC++ error—I think the other one's code is 1603—repeat the same process, except for the 2013 versions.

I'm not totally sure what causes the second error, but sometimes it goes away on its own. Other times, it helps to clear Origin's cache.
