@ilonahutton Maybe the page isn't loading properly? I double-checked my account just now, and I do get the Buy Now button, but it seems to be the last thing that loads, so there's a split second where all I see is the Watch the Trailer button. Are you using the app or origin.com? Whichever one isn't working, try the other. You can also clear your browser cache, open a private window, or use a different browser for the website; or clear Origin's cache (Windows) or run the Origin reset tool (macOS) for the app.

@ilonahutton It's definitely weird. Is it possible Origin thinks you have an underage account? Child accounts can't buy content through Origin at all, and there are some restrictions on teen accounts.
Have you tried using a different computer (or mobile device) or a different network to buy? Even if you don't intend to buy through your phone, it would be interesting to see whether the Buy button loads normally. For the network, you can try using your phone as a mobile hotspot; make sure it's using data, not your home wifi.
If these steps don't help, it's possible there's an issue with your account. You'd need to contact EA customer support to get this sorted out. Support is on limited hours right now, with phone calls entirely unavailable, and live chat only open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday.
