I cannot open BFV. NEED HELP!

I cannot open BFV, no error message box has popped out. I clicked to start the game but it just didn't start. I tried to repair the game but it didn't work. NEED HELP NOW

Hey @MysteryEric can I ask are you playing on PC or console?

If on PC can you check to see if the game is running in the background and grab me a DxDiag so that I can take a look at your system: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

If on console let me know and I'll put together some troubleshooting steps.
