I can't re-enable origin in-game.

I click it, it does nothing. I restart origin, it does nothing, same problem.

Is there a fix?

Make sure you have enabled "Origin In-Game" in Origin Application Settings. Also, check it in "Game Properties"  by right-clicking on game icon.

If the suggestion by @IIPrest0nII doesn't help, then try clearing the Origin cache and running as administrator.
