I can't change any of my information [EA Account]

Hi,

I'm trying to get my username changed and I asked for an email change since my email had been deleted. They changed my email and added another email, but I still don't have any emails. I came back to revisit after a couple of months but still no email. Please help.

Hey @Lyctri the best thing to do is to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.
