I can't access Origin, it only shows loading grey boxes

Hi, PC running windows 7, had the same issue with grey boxes , followed the PC steps your outlined above and it has not fixed. Still greyed out...

Sorry to hear @HotszAUS. Can I ask you to try clearing the Origin Cache a second time and ensure that you don't skip any steps and do them in order?

For some reason, some people find that they need to clear the cache a second time in order for it to be successful.

I ended up just reinstalling origin, didn't try a second time. Working again now.

I have NO idea what you are typing. There is NO LocalContent. If I delete everything under Origin folder in C:/program files (86), there would be no application. We are talking Windows 10.

Those are not the files we are recommending that you delete @wallisdj. You need to remove the files in your program data folder and not the install files.

If you follow the steps I posted above you should have no issue doing this.
